Production Time

Since your pendant is a custom design that needs to be manufactured by hand, please allow 10 business days for your order to be dispatched from our workshop.

When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number to your email. If you have not received it, or have another problem, contact support@moonlitjewelry.co.uk and we will help you as soon as possible!

1. Can I use a horse photo for the necklace?

- Ofcourse you can! We can do any animal or pet you want.

2. Can I do a necklace with a picture of a person or object?

- Sure! Just fill out the form the normal way you would for a pet necklace and include any extra notes for your order, we'll handle the rest ;)
